Delivery Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam box as sometimes an automatic email can be filtered.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We aim to dispatch orders taken before 2pm Monday – Friday on the same day, and orders placed after 2pm, or over a weekend or bank holiday, the next working day.

We are unable to ship to The Isle Of Man, the Channel Islands including Jersey and Guernsey. Sometimes other delivery companies may be used when Royal Mail is not available, on strike or due to unforeseen circumstances. 

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Hairworks is closed on all bank holidays, weekends and Christmas period; delivery times will be affected during those periods. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our websites or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions or postal strikes, will mean that delivery may take slightly longer than expected.

Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
